In college I listened to BDP's By All Means Necessary a lot, but now I don't like it as much.

36 Chambers is awesome and so is Liquid Swords. When it comes to Wu-Tang members' solo works I think Ghostface Killah's Supreme Clientele is also worth mentioning.
