Nas Illmatic for sure.
In college I listened to BDP's By All Means Necessary a lot, but now I don't like it as much.
Still love Public Enemy's It Takes A Nation...
And Eric B/Rakim's Paid in Full...track after track of lyrical flow

36 Chambers is awesome and so is Liquid Swords. When it comes to Wu-Tang members' solo works I think Ghostface Killah's Supreme Clientele is also worth mentioning.

Besides the obvious classics you've listed up there:
