Maybe it is going to work, but it does not work for me. As far as I can tell these are just sentences thrown together, without any real purpose or destination. As long as everything just rhymes that seems to be acceptable today. True songwriting is a craft and not something that sounds like it came out of a rhyming dictionary. If the music had some real instruments that would help as well. Sorry - don't like it.
