This is my chart for 2014, but I haven't paid enough attention to it (only 75 albums, but the first 30 or such are amazing).

^ Nice to see Annie Clark on top, decent guitarist and songwriter!

i had actually forgotten Temples was released in 14, thought it was '13....whatever....!
very good debut album from these UK modern psychadelic guys...similar in sound to Aussie band Tame Impala
pretty sure ive posted Temples on here previously somewhere, but here's a link anyway

I LOVE your list Happy! The Citadel from Aussie band Ne Obliviscaris , among others, is outstanding!

Yeah, I'm quite infatuated with Ne Oblivscaris ever since
Portal Of I.
What are some of your faves from 2014 (btw, I'm asking because this isn't the forum I allocate a lot of my time to. The website that my charts are on is however a forum I use more time on)?

I'm so out of touch.
I've been listening to this War on Drugs album through Youtube though based on the significant praise it's gotten on these lists. I don't know, I'm not super impressed. Musically I dig it, but the vocals are just getting on my nerves. Can't really place why. Its just an irritating listen. Have you guys got around to listening to it/what do you guys think of it so far?
My opinion on war on drugs: Not as good without Kurt Vile. In fact, I own Wakin on a pretty daze (a fave from 2013) which is so dreamy. War on drugs just isn't as appealing as its former member.
