I just don't see the point of this - or maybe I am just completely out of touch or don't understand the concept. Are people so lazy these days that they cannot be bothered to search for music themselves anymore?

Not a technology and innovation guy huh? No one says you have to stop searching for every single piece of music you want to listen to.

Very much a technology and innovation guy. Have been for years. Been involved with electronics, electrical design and audio engineering for years. Have my own studio, albeit a small one. The trick is for you to use the technology and not for the technology to use you. Have no problem with you sharing your discoveries - I just don't see a reason for it. Each to his own.
