Name artists seen in concert,video,TV that have left a lasting impression on you.

[CRAZY-HORSE]

A few off the top of my head...

- Pink Floyd. Seen them numerous times. Always truly spectacular
- Siouxsie & The Banshees. Seen them live twice. Very hot live band.
- Ian Dury. Only saw him play once, but what a high-energy performance
- PiL. The only time I've seen Lydon live. Excellent front man

Floyd were brilliant when i saw them, not so sure as Waters was on that tour..around '86?
Banshees, love some of their music, but they never toured here
Dury, saw him around '83, loved the show
Lydon,damn! i wish i saw PiL!!1, but i did see the Pistols on their last tour...he certainly has charisma on stage!

What is your opinion of the Strawbs, Renaissance, Fairport Convention, Jethro Tull and Linda & Richard Thompson - especially - Don't Shoot the Lights Out ? I've been listening to all of these guys for quite awhile and I think their music has that Anglo medieval folk sound.

Elated that I discovered Magna Carta and Gryphon thanks to you.

It's obvious to all that you are very well informed in this area of music as well as being the resident Beatle guru.
