I have really been getting into the remastered sounds of groups that had previously released CDs that are now being remastered.
I like the newer ZZ Top remasters, Ted Nugent, AC/DC, Can & Beatles remasters a great deal. What are some of your favorites and what would you recommend without so much an emphasis on genre or style, but rather remastered audio quality?

The Beatles remasters were a triumph. I bought the stereo box set, then decided I needed to have the mono set as well.
I'll be interested to hear the Floyd remasters that Jerome mentioned recently, when they're released.

They remastered some of Bowie's ...in particular - Station to Station + Bonus Track.
I agree with Tiggi and Music Head....they did an excellent job of Beatles' albums !
I'd be interested in hearing the Dead Can Dance remasters.

Beatles for me also, some of Elvis' are pretty good also but mainly for his vocals, they are crisp and clear and out in the foreground a bit more.

The remastered version of APP's 'Tales of Mystery and Imagination' is my favourite. Also has some additional guitar work as well. Whole album sounds more alive.
