Awesome New Albums --> Black Sabbath, Dark Tranquillity, and...

...not Megadeth.

Construct by DT is AWESOME. Those guys are underrated for sure, in my opinion. I liked their last album okay, but this one is amazing.

13 by Black Sabbath has stuff that could have easily been on 'Black Sabbath' or 'Paranoid' albums. Good stuff. Not a huge fan of the vocals-on-top mix, but overall production is clear, so that good.Cool

Megadeth's new one, Super Collider, is a disappointment. I still love the 'deth, but megadave didn't get this one right, imo. :hand: (just like their other couple mediocre albums, there are definitely some cool moments/riffs, though)

Only heard clips from Black Sabbath 13 on youtube. From what I have heard , it's dominated by the excellent guitar of Tony Iommi. He delves into hard rock blues on the 3 tracks available via Utube. The signature doom tone is still present. I have grown somewhat weary when it comes to Ozzy's vocals. Remember he had quite an extensive discography in his own right . IMHO it doesn't rank with the early BS albums.

In 1969 I heard the intro to Black Sabbath and it scared the hell out of me and millions of other teens ! This album was a landmark in metal rock history !
