im a young kid and i love everything about them from carousel to feeling this i used to like just their latest stuff but then i bought their greatest hits record

I love their early stuff, at the moment i'm kinda obsessed with cheshire cat and dude ranch, as i'm still in my teens, blink-182 as music has helped me through a lot, as sad as it will sound, they've really changed my life.

the only song they've wrote that i can even see having an effect on someones life is adams song

Well I'm sure different music affects and relates to us, for me i can relate to blink 182's lyrics so much, yeah adam's song i'm sure people can relate to because it's about suicide and death. But look at all the other songs, as a kid in my teens i seriously relate to some of the lyrics

Man overboard - Loss of a good friend
Stay together for the kids - Parents breaking up
Cacophony - Being in a relationship but being scared of commitment
D*ck lips - Having fun as a teen but then having to regret it with all the rules life has in place
Enthused - Liking someone so much and getting frustrated but knowing they don't feel the same way
Untitled - Giving a partner time and chances to change, but it never ends well

I could go on of course, but i won't.

Blink is one of the biggest bands of the punk wave to hit mtv from 97- till today. idc what music you like anyone can say blink 182 is a fun band not always the most talented but always having a good time. they really are and im so ******* excited to go see them aug 6th comcast center

if blink 182 gets back together it'll just add to the mindless mainstream music we already have... these whiny "wannabe punk" pop bands are exactly why rock died... ever notice how it's gotten suddenly less popular as these bands rose to mainstream... You can go ahead and tell me that THOUSANDS of people listen to them, but tens of millions of people loved REAL rock more... Blind 182 is lame... i'm out!!!

I saw blink this summer at Hershey Park along with FOB, P!ATD, and Chester French. We sat through hours of downpour, and it was SO worth it. honestly one of the best concerts ive been to!:laugh:
