I'd expect to see the new genre boards fairly quickly, although we need to go through the fine-tuning process so that as many views are accomodated as is possible.
There are some more changes afoot over the coming weeks, but Ambernector will keep everyone up to speed with those.

Industrial-Metal is the style of Industrial most people are familiar with. Yes, it can go to either the Rock/Metal forum or Alternative. NIN fitting in more with Alternative and bands like Ministry fitting into the Metal forum. But the larger subgenre of Industrial/Noise doesn't fit comfortably anywhere, its true. Still I don't think a stand alone board will get much traffic. I think it's best to discuss those artists in the Metal, Alternative, Electronic and Classical forums as appropriate.
I think Iota knows this but is justing being Iota, doing what he does. :biggrin1:

What's with the 'Black America' tag. Music should be categorised under styles or types - not colour. If black american musicians play rock, then it should be under rock. If they play blues or whatever, it should be under that tag/label. Colour does not define musical styles i.e. Hendrix plays rock, Parker plays Jazz etc. etc.
