Laura Marling's album is very good if you like the new 'folky' material

PJ Harvey's 'let england shake' has grown on me since i got that a few weeks ago also

Right there's quite a few to kick off with. Let the online ordering begin! Going to get some Florence and the Machine as well and maybe have a stab at Kate Bush's new album as well. Really like her 'Aerial' (sp?) album.

Cheers for that, Jerome. It's always good to put a face to a name.

BTW you're far too good looking for this site...

Flattery will get you everywhere! When are you going to see 'The Wall' again? I envy the fact that you managed to catch the original concert. Man I tried everything I could to get tickets all those years ago. It's not my favourite Floyd album but as rock theatre it still has to be beaten.

And Tiggi, I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but you really need specs! Nevertheless I have sent my CV to Playgirl. As the saying goes if anything comes up I'll be surprised.......

We're off to the O2 on Thursday. Can barely contain myself !!

Never thought I'd get the chance to see it live again. We'll be having a listen to my pristine Japanese vinyl copy of the album in preparation before we go.

Enjoy - and promise Mrs Tiggi you will not be playing the album over and bloody over again once you get home. A review is required by the way. Have fun and remember to let your hair down. The chances of something like this coming around again are almost nil.
