Hi Everyone,
I would like to share my Bands music that I am lead vocalist for, Modern Divide.
We are a 4 piece Alternative/Progressive Metal band (it is always hard to label, please share your own opinion!) that came together early this year.
Played our debut show in July and our first headline show last month which both got a great response and was a lot of fun.
There are some live videos from our headline show on our page and plenty of photos.

Thank you, would love to get out that way. From what I've heard it's a strong music scene?

yes it is jelly...
the 'live music' scene was pretty bad through the 90s and into the 00's here, but its picked up a lot since then...
I have friends from two bands that perform regular at clubs in and around Perth.....Lanark & Silent Deeds.
Lanark are very wishy-washy with dreamy vocals.
Silent Deeds are an original rock/hard rock band(their vocalist Corey Ranger used to be a vocalist in a Foo Fighters' tribute band called White Limo)

Wow! I like your band jelley! Welcome to the Great MD! Yes the metal genre is difficult to define now! Many bands are multi genred and make exciting and unpredictable music...Burzum, Ishahn, Opeth, Anathema, Dream Theater, Steven Wilson, Devin Townsend, and on and on!
The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

Hey thanks for the kind words! There is so much scope in the genre which for me that enjoys a lot of different interpretation means lots to listen to
