Assuming the rest is like this it won't be my favorite Leonard Cohen release but I like it and am glad he is still able to release new stuff

This is not the Leonard Cohen I know and love, although with each additional listen, I find something strangely appealing in the contrasts of slick and sultry latin beat and growly poetry. LC's very own unique answer to rap. Please don't shoot me!

I didn't like his last album Old Ideas , however after a few more listens it grew on me and I liked it!!! Same thing happened to me with Joni Mitchell's classic album Blue.

Leonard Cohen turned 80 recently. Happy Birthday Wishes For Him! I hope that "Popular Problems" isn't his last album
