For the purposes of this thread - the definition of a celestial body is:
Any natural body outside of the earth's atmosphere
(Not to be confused with âheavenlyâ bodies â I think we all know exactly where that might end up! Lol!!)
⦠Not that things astronomical present any form of restriction â there are all sorts of galaxies, constellations and other whirling, twirling and speeding things out there with a preponderance of earthly names, especially now that anyone can have a star named after them (which no doubt expired gazillions of years ago; itâs a scam, I tell you, and who, exactly, has annexed outer space???!).
Anyway weâre talking here about the moon, sun, and the other planets of our own little solar system as well as asteroids and comets, and going further afield, Andromeda, or Alpha Centauri, Pegasus, or even the Milky Way, but preferably, not the ISS, or some other manmade capsule sponsored by Red Bull. Please.
And ⦠song can mean an instrumental track too â the whole explanation wouldâve made the thread title far too long.
Iâll start off then, with ⦠the wonderful CSN, and "Southern Cross" -
