I usually end up picking a few out of these for my January shopping spree

it's called gambling
sometimes I get a nice surprise

i have Arcade Fire on my list to purchase...

also, the Bob Dylan "self portraits" bootleg/outtakes" album...
its much better than the official release IMO,obviously because of the lack of glossed up production, its raw and ragged Dylan playing mainly acoustically on either guitar or piano...good stuff, but not sure if i'd buy it or not??

Not only do I not own a single album on any of those lists, I've only listened to 2 of them (one of which was "Yeezus" which I really couldn't get into). I don't know if I've ever felt so out of touch before. Sad

I feel the same way L ! Too much music out there and not enough time! Everybody wants to make money! The sign of the times and the state of music today!
