I tend to agree ! A lot of talent is amiss ! The hard rock/metal section is pathetic ..to say the least ! There's a lot more going on in metal than Megadeth, Dream Theater and Mastodon...but these are good examples of pop metal bands so I guess I expect nothing more ! At least they have the intelligence to recognise Adele ...where's Florence and Machine, to name one of a few ! No PJ Harvey...don't say it's American awards because Adele is not American ! We have to remember that the Grammys like other major music award shows are geared for the What's the New Kid on the Block crowd...lol

Ugh, there are so many categories! I'm all for Adele and I'm glad to see Mumford and Sons get a nomination, they deserve it but most of the rest.....just ugh..
