This could be a quite short list, but what songs can you think of that name other actual singers or songwriters in the title?
I have come across a handful lately:
Pulp - Bob Lind (The Only Way Is Down)
Jimmy Webb - P.F.Sloan
Bob Evans - Ron Sexsmith
Van Morrison - Jackie Wilson Said
Tears For Fears - Brian Wilson Said
I'm sure I have heard others - just can't think of them at the moment.
Songs like "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes", which is about Judy Collins but does not actually use the name, don't count. The person's name must actually appear in the title.
Of course there are any number of songs that mention "Elvis", but they usually only give the first name, leaving it unclear which Elvis is referred to.

I'll get back to putting together a list tomorrow...
In defence of the name ELVIS....
It would refer to Presley...
As he rarely had his full name on album covers and outside venues he was playing...
He was just really known as Elvis universally whereas the other one from Liverpool
is universally known as Elvis Costello...
When someone mentions the name Elvis I wouldn't be surprised if 99/100 they were referring to Presley.

Jonathan Wilson - "Cecil Taylor", from Fanfare (Crosby and Nash providing backing harmony vocals).

this is actually harder than it looks, because we all know songs that may be about other singers etc, and include irst names (as bob stated),
but to get an artist's full name in the title.....
heres two I came up managed to find....
David Bowie - "song for Bob Dylan"
Willie Nelson & Merle Haggard - "missin' ole Johnny Cash"

and another one from one of my favourite protest singers in Billy Bragg,
for those who don't know Phil Ochs was a protest singer in the Dylan era
of the 1960s/early70s..he committed suicide at the ripe old age of 35 in 1976,
the FBI released a file on him which contained over 500 pages of documents and notes!
here's Billy's tribute to one of his musical heroes
