And the hardest part of the process is marketing - something I have zero interest in, but which is the most crucial part of the process. After you have spent all those hours recording, mixing, mastering etc. you will find getting your material 'out there' is impossible without serious backing. Nevertheless, get the album done first, because without that you have nothing to market anyway! Good luck and don't give up!
