this is actually harder than it looks, because we all know songs that may be about other singers etc, and include irst names (as bob stated),
but to get an artist's full name in the title.....

heres two I came up managed to find....

David Bowie - "song for Bob Dylan"

Willie Nelson & Merle Haggard - "missin' ole Johnny Cash"
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..."  -  Me 2014.
